Billy McCarthy - Service Programming Director
I'm a very blessed man. I have a wonderful and beautiful wife of 14 years (Mary Lisa) and 3 super boys Nicholas (9), William (4) and Callahan (1). We moved from Atlanta in the summer of 2004 to start Wiregrass Church (wiregrasschurch.org) - the first of the NP Partnerships - and left in the summer of 2006 to start Cumberland. The experiences (from both start-ups) could fill up a blog site for years!
Family time is huge for us...be it on an athletic field, a walk through the neighborhood or in front of the TV for movie night. (Braveheart, School of Rock, Kicking and Screaming and Elf are a few of my favorites.) A great deal of stuff will come out in my blogs, but here's a little more unsolicited information:
I love college football. Go Buffs!
I love cycling (though I rarely have the time to get on the road any longer).
I love Jeep Wranglers. I owned one for 2 years and loved every second of it. I'd love to own another one day.
Love music. Love to play music. Love loud guitars....very loud guitars.
